5. Payments and Billing

All services are provided on a pre-paid basis. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

7. Limitation of Liability

HectorHosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
