Service Level Agreement

1. Service Commitment

HectorHosting is committed to providing a reliable and high-performance hosting environment. We guarantee a 99.9% network uptime for all our services, as measured on a monthly basis.

2. Uptime Guarantee

If the network uptime falls below the 99.9% threshold in any given month, users may be eligible for service credits. Uptime is defined as the time during which our network is available and accessible from the internet.

3. Exclusions

The uptime guarantee does not apply to interruptions caused by:

  • Scheduled maintenance or emergency maintenance.
  • Force Majeure events (acts of nature, war, etc.).
  • Actions or omissions of the user or third parties.
  • Issues with the user's internet connection or local hardware.
  • DDoS attacks targeting the user's service.

4. Maintenance

We perform regular maintenance to ensure the stability and security of our infrastructure. We will provide at least 24 hours' notice for scheduled maintenance that may cause service interruptions.

5. Service Credits

Service credits are the sole and exclusive remedy for any failure to meet the uptime guarantee. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Claims Process

To request a service credit, users must contact our support team within 7 days of the end of the month in which the guarantee was not met.
